One Eye on the Sky
A meteor burns out in less than a second. A comet can be tracked for weeks. But from the ground, looking up, both arrive as light and ask the same question: Did you see it?
One Eye on the Sky moves between the moments we wait for and the ones we almost miss. At its core, it's about noticing what's fleeting, taking in the wonder, and finding connection in the people who share it with us.
Each piece is made in colored pencil, built up in layers over several sessions. I started drawing again as a way to bring a daily practice back into my life, and this collection grew out of that.
